1. Structure and principle

The crushing chamber is composed of a crushing disc and a toothed liner, which are used to crush the material into fine powder. The grading chamber is composed of a grading impeller, which can divide the fine powder into qualified fine powder and unqualified fine powder. The qualified fine powder is discharged through the discharge port and collected by the cyclone collector. The unqualified fine powder falls back along the inner wall of the diversion ring to the crushing chamber for further crushing until it is qualified.
2. Characteristics
The ACM60 host is equipped with a crushing motor and a grading motor. The grading motor adopts speed control, which allows for free adjustment of speed without stopping the machine and controls the grading granularity;Imported bearings are used for the bearings, which have a long service life and are easy to replace; The grinding disc, stator, and grinding block are made of special wear-resistant materials to ensure the service life of vulnerable parts;The internal structure design is oriented according to the characteristics of cellulose to achieve the best crushing effect. The machine has a self cooling function, which reduces the temperature rise during crushing. In addition, the bearing seat can also be water-cooled to better protect the bearings and control the temperature rise during the crushing process.
